The specific group we will be working with are youths that have gained a caution or conviction from the Police. This is a group that feel they are not employable; they have lost confidence and feel they cannot achieve. They are then open to exploitation and seek friendship and gain acceptance in gangs or further crime. We want to show th
The specific group we will be working with are youths that have gained a caution or conviction from the Police. This is a group that feel they are not employable; they have lost confidence and feel they cannot achieve. They are then open to exploitation and seek friendship and gain acceptance in gangs or further crime. We want to show them that despite their previous convictions or cautions, this is not the end of the road for them.
They are the future; we need to invest in their wellbeing and encourage resilience.

If you cannot employ someone, please help us to give these young people a work placement where they can gain valuable experience and an employment reference.

If you are a local citizen, please check with us, we may need volunteers. If not please consider leaving us a donation as we do not just intend to train young people we will be hiring 2-3 of them to run this service.

We are in the early stages of this project. This level of service user involvement, and input to service delivery hasn't been done before with young people.
